What you receive
Word files your expert can edit, with the annexure references kept. No dates, events or clause numbers appear that are not in your records; where the record is thin, the draft says so.
Plus the claim-wide parts
Introduction · Definitions · Project background · Executive summary · Origin and basis · Delay analysis methodology
Want the full claim? We walk you through a sample on a short call.
How it works
Whatever exists, tidy or not. The form takes up to 30 files and you can add more later.
A delay analyst walks through each event with you: what happened, when, and which notices went out.
Within 48 hours of the call, as Word files your expert reviews, corrects and signs.
Two ways to work with us
Within 48 hours of our call
Infiny drafts the claim from your records and what we agree on the call. Your contracts lead or claims consultant reviews, corrects and signs it.
Timeline agreed on the call
We bring in an independent delay expert to review the draft and the analysis before it goes to the Engineer, and stay with you until it is submitted.
Fees and scope for either option are agreed on the call, before any work starts.

FIDIC 1999 Red and Yellow Books, FIDIC 2017, and the bespoke forms of government and semi-government employers, always read with the Particular Conditions. Saudi public works under the Government Tenders and Procurement Law.
Under FIDIC 1999 Sub-Clause 20.1 notice is due within 28 days of becoming aware of the event, and the fully detailed claim within 42. FIDIC 2017 Sub-Clause 20.2 keeps 28 days for notice and allows 84 for the detailed claim. Particular Conditions often shorten both; we check yours.
Addressed to the Engineer in the form your Employer expects, with each event's notice history set out, so a late notice is visible to you before it is visible to them.
